This study aimed to analyze the dosimetric parameters in NPC patients specifically on target dose coverage, conformity index (CI), homogeneity index (HI), OAR sparing, and adherence to international target volume coverage guidelines and protocols. Methods: A retrospective institution-based observational court study conducted dosimetric analysis for 50 NPC patients treated with RT from June 2023 to June 2024. Dosimetric parameters were analyzed for each PTV at 70Gy, 59,4Gy, and 54Gy. Conformity index (CI) and homogeneity index (HI) were calculated to evaluate target coverage and OAR sparing. Dose-volume histograms form treatment planning software (TPS) were analyzed and compared with published tolerance doses in the literature. One-tailed Wilcoxon Signed Rank test was performed to compare dosimetric findings with guideline recommendations
