dc.description.abstractThe major objective of the studied is to examine the effect of Tele Birr Financial Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction: the case of Tele birr in Ethiotelecom. The studied employed Quantitative researched approached with explanatory researched design. A total of 384 study participants who was customers of Telebirr mobile money were selected for the study. Data collected used liker scaled questioner and both descriptive and inferential analysis were used. Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) model used to determine the relationship between customer satisfaction and the stated variables. Data is presented using texted, tables and charts. The analysis conducted on the factors influenced customer satisfaction in Telebirr Mobile Money services revealed several significant findings. Based on multiple linear regression, Reliability, Efficiency, Privacy, and Contact had positive significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, Responsiveness, was not shown as significant factor for customer satisfaction. It is recommended that Telebirr Mobile Money continued to prioritize these service quality components to ensured high leveled of customer satisfaction and maintained a competitive edge in the market
