The objective of this research is to meet the ever-growing demand for blood and blood components in health facilities, especially platelet concentrate, which is extremely high. The short shelf life of platelet concentrate is another reason for the shortage. Therefore, with the need to generate a new additional method to increase the supply of platelet concentrate, this study uses platelet concentrates prepared from whole blood held at different time intervals. In addition, it included almost all quality assurance requirements to ensure its quality.
