A variable that has P-value of <0.25 bi-variable logistic regression analysis and which can fit binary logistic regression model was subjected for multivariable logistic regression analysis to control the confounding factors. Level of statistical significance was declared at P-value <0.05. The level of satisfaction in this study was mean 83.6 ±0.4. Preoperative fear/anxiety [AOR=0.013; 95% CI: 0.003, 0.067, P= 0.000], previous surgery [AOR= 2.7; 95% CI: 2.51, 6.85, P= 0.000] and Preoperative educations about surgery [AOR=0.005; 95% CI: .000, 0.061, P= 0.000].where the factors associated with level of satisfaction.
