The study employed a descriptive research design and quantitative approach, the study utilized structured questionnaires to gathers data from a sample of 200 employees across key departments involved in PSCM, including Distribution and Fleet, Warehouse and Inventory Management, and Procurement and Quantification. The regression coefficients analysis indicated that effective PSCM practices significantly contributed to improved organizational performance metrics, such as operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Specifically, the analysis showed that enhancements in procurement efficiency and inventory management were strongly correlated with better delivery performance and fewer stock outs. Additionally, the study identified critical challenges within the Ethiopian pharmaceutical supply chain, including inadequate infrastructure, regulatory complexities, and limited access to technology.
