The general objective of the study is to assess the effects of Internal Integration on Supply Chain performance in the case of Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Supply Service. Both a quantitative research approach and an explanatory research design were used in this study. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire which was administrated to a total 135 employees using a census method. A 92.6% response rate was achieved out of 135 questionnaires, with 125 valid responses. A correlation coefficient known as Pearson's product moment was calculated. The variables were found to be statistically significant, and as a result, there is a positive and moderate association between (Information integration, coordination, resource sharing and organizational relationship linkage) with supply chain performance. The results also indicated that coordination and resource sharing had the highest positive effect on supply chain performance, Therefore, for improving supply chain performance, the study recommends improving the three components of internal integration together as they are interrelated. Key Words: Supply chain, Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Supply Service, Information integration
