dc.description.abstract | Techniques such as RT-PCR are not only expensive and time-consuming but also require a high level of expertise, limiting their widespread deployment, particularly in resource-constrained regions. Mobile Suitcase Laboratory equipped with Recombinase Aided Isothermal Amplification assay, is an alternative approach which potentially overcomes those challanges by providing a rapid, cost-effective, and user-friendly assay for the diagnosis of COVID-19. Therefore this study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of a point of need Mobile suitcase laboratory based on Recombinase Aided isothermal amplification assay for diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 virus. | |
