Abstract
The purpose of this study is to assesing the motivational factors in Ayat real estate.The research aims to identify the different types of motivational factors that affect job satisfaction, and how they can be addressed to enhance job satisfaction.The study adopts descriptive research with quantitative approache to describe the practices and their challenges. Using random sampling, a sample of relevant 63 respondents is obtained who are working on Ayat real estate. The collected data are analyzed by SPSS using descriptive statistics analyses. The study also finds the motivational factors in the organization. The findings indicate that there are several motivational factors that impact job satisfaction, including poor compensation, lack of recognition, limited career growth opportunities, and poor working conditions.Finally the study recommends to explore how different managerial techniques can be used to increase internal content of work, extrinsic content, and job satisfaction, and how these techniques may differ depending on industries and job types. By conducting additional research in this area, organizations can develop evidence-based interventions that enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
