The finding of the study explains that three of the independent variables such as self-awareness, self-management and social-awareness of project manager have a positive, moderate and significant relationship with project success. Whereas relationship management of project managers have a positive but weak and insignificant impact for project success in EEIG construction. The researcher of the study strongly recommends that the organization should provide training that focuses on emotional intelligence skills for project managers as well as project teams. Further, a detailed investigation should be undertaken to see the impacts of emotional intelligence in a longitudinal manner.
