| dc.description.abstract | Different major changes have enabled companies to actualize the power of supply chains to a degree impossible in the past. Among those technologies have enabled the convergence of SCM and computerized networking toolsets capable of linking all channel partners into a single trading community. Depending on this the research tries to address the importance of Enterprise Resource Planning System Utilization with special reference to Supply Chain Management by focusing the relation between system features and the supply chain management performance in case of ethio telecom. The researcher distributed questionnaire and conduct interview to collect data from employees and managers those who have close- fitting with the supply chain management activities which are sourcing department and supply chain management department. The data analysis is conducted through statistical technique using SPSS. The result of the analyses indicate that system features have positive correlation with supply chain management and each system features are explained. Finally, the researcher provides valuable conclusion and recommendation based on the analysis result | en_US |
