The mediating role of employees' organizational commitment was positive and statistically significant on the relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance. The indirect effect of organizational culture through the employee organizational commitment was significantly higher than the direct one. 61.8 percent of the organizational performance of the university was explained by organization culture and employee commitment jointly. From the finding, it is promising to conclude that the organization culture, employee commitment, and organizational performance of ECSU were rated low by the respondents.
