| dc.description.abstract | Diabetes prevalence is rising in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), yet many cases remain undiagnosed, delaying treatment. This study assessed diabetes and prediabetes prevalence, evaluated fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and fasting capillary blood glucose (FCG) against the 2-hour plasma glucose (2-h PG) test, and examined glycemic control and treatment intensification delays in type 2 diabetes. | |
