Ds are more exposed in the violation of their human rights. The laws of Ethiopia dealing with disability are very few and fragmented issued before the ratification of CRPD. Such laws and policies inclined to stick towards formal equality. The theoretical foundation they are based is not tailored with the context of Ethiopia. Even such laws do not have sufficient implementation mechanisms. Very few directly implementable provisions are not also executed effectively. We are just on the rhetorics without determination to implement the right of disabled. Though the right to employment of blinds is provided better coverage compared to other rights of the same, it is far from realizing the enjoyment of the right. Series of legislative, institutional, budgetary and policy measures in line with the status quo of Ethiopia and the needs of its blind citizens should be taken to transform willingness in to commitment.en_US
