dc.description.abstractThe primary goal of the research is to examine the effects logistics challenges issues have on Ethiopian shipping and logistics service companies' (ESLSE) organizational performance. The study attempts to identify barriers that prevent Ethiopian businesses from maximizing their performance through logistics sector, such as inadequate technology, a scarcity of experienced labour, and infrastructural issues. The study is conducted in Ethiopian shipping and logistics service enterprise. The study used explanatory and descriptive research designs. The research assessed quantitatively using structured five point Likert scale questionnaire the research used correlation and regression methods using SPSS version 16.the study reveals a positive correlation between the dependent variable (performance) and the independent factors (infrastructure, informational technology, skilled man power) even though positive correlation are seen the result of the regression analysis suggests that infrastructure is the only significant variable. And it‘s recommended that the organization takes action to upgrade their level of infrastructure to enhance the performance.
