dc.description.abstractChest pain is of the most common presenting complaints globally, including in low and middle-income countries like Ethiopia, and is associated with challenging diagnostic problems in emergency rooms with increased mortality and morbidity. However, there is limited research focusing on understanding the risk factors and clinical outcomes of patients presenting with non-traumatic chest pain in the emergency departments of Tikur Anbessa Specialized Hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
