Rheumatoid arthritis-associated interstitial lung disease (RA-ILD) is a severe complication of rheumatoid arthritis, leading to significant morbidity and mortality. However, there is limited data on its clinical characteristics, serology, imaging, health-related quality of life, and predictors of poor treatment outcomes in resource-limited settings, including Ethiopia.
