Abstract
The purpose of the study was to find out Effect Enterprise resource planning on
organizational performance: A Case Study of Ethiopian Airline, Addis Ababa. For the sake of
achieving the objectives of the study, the data was gathered through administered
questionnaire from a sample of 232 maintenance repairs and overhaul staffs of Ethiopian
airline in Addis Ababa and analyzed using statistical analysis such as descriptive and
inferential analysis. The sample respondents were selected by using of convenient sampling
and Ethiopian Airline in Addis Ababa was by purposive sampling techniques. The study was
descriptive and explanatory in nature. As per response of the respondents, the data was
analyzed and presented in aggregate by using IBM SPSS statistics 21 version software both
in descriptive and inferential statistics. The major findings of the study indicates, the
enterprise resource planning elements (organizational information management, enterprise
resource planning quality control, customer relationship management and human resource
management factors) are the variables that influences the organizational performance in
Ethiopian Airline.. The recommendations also forwarded by the researcher after the
successful completion of the thesis.
