Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assessment of rewards on employee motivation. The study used 1370 populations Agency for refugee and returnee affairs. 10% of the population was taken from the Agency for refugee and returnee affairs yields 137. So, the total sample was 137. Questionnaires were distributed for 137. However there were return and filled 118 questionnaires. Random sampling was done. A close ended questionnaire based on likert scale was used to collect data. Data was analyzed by use of tabulating, specifically, frequencies count and validity test and regression and correlation analysis were generated using SPSS version 20. Motivation factors may be differing from organization to organization and level to level of hierarchy of employees such as high level and low level employee. The researcher is trying insight employee motivation is affected by the training and development, job-security; basic salary pays scale and employee benefited. This research is used a quantitative research methodology. The researcher has conducted distributing questionnaires by using email and face to face conduct in Agency for Refugee and Returnee Affairs The study result concluded that the agency should promotion is based on career development. In addition to, minimize employee turnover rate the employer emphasis on non-financial rewards like recognition, employee, transfer place to place and training and development.
