The practice of land management has been increased due to land certification but, the quality of land management practices has not considered the sustainability issue. LIFT (Land Investment for Transformation) project played greater in supporting and monitoring to farmers to apply environmental sustainable agricultural input and those farmers support by the project were more aware about environmental sustainable and they use credit effectively. Also, this research found that farmers were taking credit for offfarm activities (fattening. Milk production and poultry production. Due to this, they gave less priority to investing in the land like agricultural input purchased, irrigation activity as well as land management practices.
