dc.description.abstract | Chloroform extract of aerial parts of Verbena Officinalis afforded ursolic acid methyl ester (VOD) whereas methanol extract gave Iridoid glycoside; Vebenaline (VOG). The structural elucidation of these compounds were conducted using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 2D NMR (COSY, HSQC, & HMBC), and UV & IR spectra. Moreover, 1H NMR & proton decupled 13C NMR spectrum of these two compounds matched with the literature values of previously reported. | en_US |
