Abstract

This study focuses on the assessment of skilled employee turnover on Real Estate Construction Projects in the case of Flint Stone Engineering s.co. This research employed a descriptive research design since the study intends to gather quantitative and qualitative data that assess employee turnover on Real Estate Construction in the case of Flint Stone engineering s.co. Primary data was collected using questionnaire and interview and 47 responses were properly filled and returned out of 50questionnaire.A high response rate of 94% was obtained. After the required data are collected descriptive (i.e. frequency, percentage) analysis were used to analyze the data using latest SPSS version. The study found out that Flintstone Engineering has been experiencing serious cases of turnover. Majority respondents indicated that lack of proper compensation system that is salary and benefits and working condition are the main factors of turnover. The study recommended that the human resource management of Flint Stone Engineering should employ strategies such as revising the salaries and remuneration, providing recognition and individual growth opportunities. The top management including the chief executive officer should make some regular open meeting with the project managers to get their feelings on the issue and reinstate open communication system.
