Accordingly, the study recommended that increasing awareness, setting up well-arranged institutional structure and system, introducing participatory CSR identification, planning and execution method through constituting CSR as major tool for improved project management have been forwarded as a better way to get maximum possible return from CSR practice and benefit the community, project firms and the nation as a whole.
