dc.description.abstractThe broad purpose of this study was to examine the effects of total quality management dimensions on organizational performance and adopted a descriptive research and explanatory research design. Federal transport authority staffswho are working at head office are targeted as the population of this study. This study used a purposive sampling technique to select sample respondents. The sample size of this study was therefore 248staffs ofFederal transport authority. The study used primary data that has been collected by use of questionnaires. Correlation analysis was conducted to know the strength of association between Total quality management dimensions namely:customer focus,employees’ management, leadership, training and continuous improvement, and organizational performance Multiple regression analysis were also conducted to analyze the effect of independent variables on Organizationperformance. The finding of the study showed that customer focus has the higher influence on organization performance
