dc.description.abstractThe study assessed job rotation practices in CBE, measured effectiveness of job rotation practices enhance motivation and job involvement and point out alternative training and development methods improve job rotation practices along with improvement of motivation and job involvement. The primary data for this study was collected through a structured questionnaire that was tailored with the help of literature. The sample size was 298 respondents are selected using convenience sampling from10 branches of CBE. The questionnaire included 56 items. Survey was carried out with the support of IBM SPSS statistics 20 software system: - descriptive, correlation and regression analysis was conducted to generate results. The study found that job rotation is moderately known in CBE. The study also found that job rotation practices have a moderate effect and positive relationship with motivation and job involvement of the employees of CBE. Moreover, job instructional training and coaching are widely used methods to develop the knowledge and skill towards the employees in CBE. Findings suggested that by boosting job rotation practices, employees of CBE could be motivated and involved. It was found that when employees are rotated, they become more motivated and job involved. Recommendations are the general approaches of job rotation practices in CBE are above moderate level.CBE should maintain and further improve the existing job rotation practicesen_US
