dc.description.abstractManaging the demands and interests of stakeholders is critical to the success of a project. Stakeholder engagement is a current issue worldwide in order to ensure individuals full inclusion on a project. This study aims to examine the effect of stakeholder engagement on project success. The study used a descriptive and explanatory research design. Close ended five-point Likert scale questionnaire was used for data collection and the data was collected from 58 individuals working in construction projects. Multiple regression was applied for data analysis. According to the results of the study, stakeholder engagement variables which include stakeholder identification, information disclosure, stakeholder consultation, and, grievance management have significant and positive effects on project success. Based on the results, It is recommended that project managers should be able to improve stakeholders engagement by developing clear strategy and creating opportunities for opinions and feedbacks
