dc.description.abstractPersons With Disabilities in General and Women With Disabilities in Particular are often Treated Fairly According to the Given Rights Under Different Instruments. Here Even if Ethiopis is Signatory to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons With Disabilities. The Practical Recognition that it has Conferred to Disability has not Been Implemented Satisfactorily. Further more Ethiopia has Also Issued Proclation 568/ 2008 to Protect the Employment Rights of Persons With Disabilities. But After the Issuance of the Law Still the Implentation of this Law is Not Adeguately Conducted. Due to this Women with Disabilities Face Difficult Challenges at their Working Environment.en_US
