This study was conducted with the aim of assessing the effect of stakeholder management on project success in the case of Zerihun Associates. The researcher employed a mixed method approach consisting of questionnaires self-administered by project coordinators and field supervisors in addition to interviews conducted with a client-side project lead as well as the general manager and research director at Zerihun Associates. Data from secondary sources was also used to triangulate findings. SPSS 26 was used to conduct both descriptive and inferential analysis on the quantitative data collected while a thematic analysis method was utilized to identify, analyze, and report patterns (themes) within the qualitative data. Findings of the descriptive analysis suggest that the study respondents have a positive impression about the stakeholder management practice at Zerihun Associates. On the other hand, results of the regression analysis indicated that stakeholder identification and prioritization, stakeholder communication and stakeholder engagement had Beta (β) values of 0.063, 1.181 and 0.401 respectively, suggesting that stakeholder engagement had the most effect on variations in project success with a one-unit increase in stakeholder engagement resulting in a 40.1% increment in project success. The researcher highlighted the need for an exhaustive stakeholder mapping to identify and prioritize stakeholders, a written stakeholder communication and engagement strategies while recommending a designated communication personnel/team to ensure proper documentation of all communications, decisions and feedback from stakeholders. Key Words: Project success, Stakeholder Identification, Stakeholder Prioritization, Stakeholder Communication, Stakeholder Engagement
