The process of data Collection madeuse of four care givers; six Deaf-Blind personsas
informants for the study.
The findings indicate that all Deaf-blind persons travel to communicate with other people
for their daily routine needs withoutappropriate trainings for communication, orientation
and mobility skill. The pavements that lead to different corners of the city are not easily
accessible for their mobility. In addition, the peoplethey meet on roads areusually, not

Blind persons. Finally, on the bases of the study, findings and recommendations are
drawn to concerned bodies.
