dc.description.abstractThroughout the history of Ethiopia the political participation of women is very low especially in the decision making process however woman’s participation in Federal Democratic Republic Ethiopia show promising progress in the HoPR. The percentage of woman parliamentarians shows steady increment in every election period. However the decision making abilities of women is relatively low as compared to men. In this thesis the decision process of in which women participate is studied.
