Intraoperative cardiac arrest (IOCA) is a rare but potentially deadly event that can occur during surgical event. Globally, the incidence of IOCA ranges between 1.1 and 34.6 cardiac arrests per 10,000 procedures, with a survival rate of 35% to 46.6%. In most Ethiopian hospitals, there is still a shortage of resources which makes it difficult to provide patients with standard care
