dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of women entrepreneurial factors, including: (human capital, motivation and goal, networks and demographic) upon the firm performance in Addis ketema sub city. Previous empirical studies revealed that successful implementation of a variety of factors benefited women entrepreneur through improving firm performance in many dimensions like human capital, motivation and goal, networks and economic of related researches have been conducted in different parts of the world, only limited were in Ethiopia . However, there is a study on the factors affecting women entrepreneur performance in unpublished researched, which in turn result in the knowledge gap. So, this research, thus, aims to address this gap by taking 200 random samples from women entrepreneurs in Addis ketema sub city. The study employs descriptive research design and uses quantitative approach. A survey was conducted by using structured close ended questionnaires which is distributed to 200 job creation and entrepreneurs’ developments. Descriptive, correlation and multiple regression statistical tools were used to examine the relationship between factors affecting women entrepreneurs and firm Performance. The result of the study revealed that the entrepreneurial factors including (human capital, motivation and goal, networks and economic) has significant (p<0.01) effect on firm performance. Hypotheses testing revealed that there direction is positive and significant (p<0.01) relationship between factors affects women entrepreneur and overall business or firm performance. Recommendation and conclusion are also incorporate in the study.en_US
