Procedural sedation in children is a key component of safe and effective management during various diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. This study assessed effectiveness of 1:1 and 2:1 ketofol ratio for procedural sedation in children at Black Lion Hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Knowing the effect of these ratios on sedation level, the need for rescue airway, additional anesthesia, recovery time and adverse events will help us to develop pediatric sedation local protocol
