dc.description.abstractThis study examines the Determinants of new product success in the Ethiopian paint factory with special emphasis of Nifas silk paint factory Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The existing business setting globally requires companies to develop new product to gain sustainable competitive advantage with continuous innovation. Business managers and marketing academics alike agrees that a fundamental factor of organizations long-term survival is success in new product development. The aim of this study was to provide an overview of determinants of new product success in the Ethiopian paint. This research project describes Determinants of new product success. The findings from the research conducted in this study are based on the data collected through interview and questionnaires. The results of the research provide a valuable insight in Determinants of new product success in the Ethiopian pains factory.en_US
