This thesis presents the multiphoton electron-positron pair production through nonlinear channels by superintense oppositely directed laser pulses of the same frequencies in vacuum. On the basis of the Dirac model the resonance approximation for vacuum induced transitions is developed. The analytic formulas for energetic and angular distributions and total number of electron-positron pair in the limit of a short interaction time are obtained. The obtained approximate nonlinear solution of the Dirac equation is applicable in the eld when the energy of interaction with the Dirac vacuum is comparable to the electron rest mass. Using intense electromagnetic eld of a laser beam we can obtain one e􀀀; e+ pair. Passing to higher harmonics the number of photons decreases while it produced one e􀀀; e+ of pair. However, for the number of e􀀀; e+ pair to be create the applicability value of incident radiation (q) will be in the range of 1.4-1.43 and laser frequency (!; 3!; 5!) for this processen_US
