From benign infections to rare malignancies, lymph node enlargement, or lymphadenopathy, presents a diagnostic challenge. Children often experience harmless or infectious causes, while adults face a spectrum from benign to cancerous origins. Acute or chronic, unexplained cases emerge in 0.6% of the population yearly. Though only 1.1% link to cancer, this risk increases with age. Understanding these patterns aids in the proper evaluation and management of lymphadenopathy across different patient groups
