Data was coded and entered into EPI INFO version 4.6.0.0 and exported to SPSS version 25.0 for statistical analysis. Data were presented and summarized using tables and graphs.Factors were analyzed by Bi-variate followed by multivariate logistic regression to determine independent predictors at a 95% confidence interval. Result: The prevalence of intention to use long acting and permanent methods(LAPMs) among Participants was about 60%. The main reasons for not intending to use were of fear side effect (55.7%), to get pregnant(46.4%) and cultural taboo(27.6%).
