dc.description.abstractpreterm neonates are at increased risk of morbidity and mortality related to different cases. Respiratory distress is one of the most common reasons for neonatal admission to the neonatal intensive care unit, 29% of late preterm neonates admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit develop respiratory morbidity. The preterm neonates with respiratory distress syndrome health outcome and its determinants are unknown in the study area.
