Abstract
The process of irregular migration from Ethiopia to the Middle East via the Red Sea and The Gulf of Aden is one of the problems that endangers the human security of individuals .The process of irregular migration comprises the human security situation of individuals before their migration which is a driving force, their human security situation during the dangerous journey and in their destinations. This research stressed on political, economical and food securities of individuals. As a result, the objective of this research is to analyze and deal with the human security situation of Ethiopians in relation to irregular migration from Ethiopia to the Middle East. So as to achieve this goal, qualitative methodology was employed through collecting primary as well as secondary data. The analysis of the study shows that political, economical and food insecurities affect a number of individuals in Ethiopia. Besides, irregular migrants experienced these insecurities during their journey. In other words, they were derived out of their country by insecurities and they also risk a number of deadliest threats during their journey as well as their destination.
