dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of the study was to assess the effects of multiple project management on organizational performance at Ethio telecom portfolio. The study aimed to understand the current practicing of multiple project management, studying the most underlying factors that affect the multiple project management effectiveness and its implication towards the organizational performance. A mixed research approach was applied in order to achieve the intended purpose of the study. Questionnaire, interview were used for the purpose of collecting required data for the study. Stratified sampling technique was employed in selecting the samples. the sample size is 33 but the observed sample size is 21. The Questionnaire survey was collected from the three strata’s including, Ethio telecom Vas portfolio project managers, project office staffs and the functional managers at program levels. The data were analyzed using software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS V.26) to generate mean, frequencies, standard deviation, percentages of the statics, Correlation and MLR. In analysis of factors that are determinants of multiple project managements can be summarized as Project Manager Assignment factors with the mean score of 4.2025 are considered as Less significant factor , Resource Allocation factors with the mean score of 3.8733 are considered as Less significant factor ,Organizational Culture factors with the mean score of 3.755 are considered as Less significant factor ,Project Management Process factors with the mean score of 4.27 are considered as Highly significant ,Project Manager Competencies factors with the mean score of 4.291 are considered as Highly significant affects the MPM. Furthermore, the study reveals measurement factors of organizational performance at ethiotelecom, stems from our construct between the two factors; Economic Measure of Organizational Performance factors are considered as Highly significantly influenced Organizational Performance with the mean score of (4.228) . However, Operational Measure of Organizational Performance factors are considered as less significant factor of OP with the mean score of 3.99. The study certainly assures that MPM significantly affected the dependent variable OP, through fitting the MLR model.
