Abstract
This research project focuses on identifying the impacts of organizational communication on
organizational performance in Lege Tafo Lege Dadi town administration public sectors. The main
objective of this project is to assess the impact of organizational communication on organizational
performance in public sectors. A sample of 157 employees was selected using quota sampling
technique, and 142 were considered. For the purpose of the study, primary data were collected using
liker scale based questionnaire and open end interview. In addition, the data was analyzed using
descriptive and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics result shows that, both internal and
external communications are ineffective in Lege Tafo Lege Dadi town public sectors and the
organizational performance of the sectors office is very low. In another way inferential statistics
results indicate that, both internal and external communications have positive and significant
relationship with organizational communication. Based on these findings, it is recommended that,
the town administration should work more on organizational communication to make the sectors
office more productive.
