Abstract
This study was conducted with the purpose of understanding experiences of mass deported youth
migrants porn the KSA. The study was conducted in Mersa Town Administration, North Wollo
Zone which many mass deported migrants were fo und. The study aimed to answer four basic
questions: How do mass deported migrants perceive the phenomenon? How do they evaluate the
support they get porn different bodies at their destinations? How they are managing their life in
their current place of residence? What is/are their future plan? To answer these questions the
qualitative exploratOlY approach was a beller fit for this study. The findings of this study showed
that the mass deported migrants perceived the phenomenon with trouble, regret, and desperation
due to two basic reasons, the reception and support at their first destination was belfer than their
residential place, they used different coping strategies to lead their lives, and three different
jilfure plans such as to migrate again, to run their own business and some others were no clear
jilfure plans. Based on the findings generatedfrom the informants this study highlighted that the
need of provisions of counseling and therapy, intervention with close supervision, and economic
empowerment for the mass deported migrants.
