dc.description.abstract | The photon statistics and squeezing properties of the signal light produced by the degenerate and the nondegenerate parametric amplifiers are analyzed employing the coherent state propagator. The propagator is evaluated using a method recently introduced by Fesseha [1]. The task of evaluating the propagator by means of this method essentially reduces to the problem of solving the pertinent Euler-Lagrange equations | en_US |
