The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of organizational culture on project performance in ASER construction plc. The research attempts to fill the gap of literature related to this topic by studying the situation of ASER construction and provide more empirical evidence on the impact of organizational culture on project performance by investigating and measuring the possible relationships between the variables. In order to achieve the above objectives, the research was based on questionnaires and interview for the primary data, and documents from research papers for the secondary data. The gathered data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Pearson Correlation and regression analysis were conducted to determine the relationship and the effect of two variables by using SPSS. The result shows that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and project performance practice in ASER construction. The statistical analysis reveal that Clan, hierarchy, market and adhocracy culture have small to moderate correlation to project performance practice in ASER construction. The study concludes that organizational culture influences the project performance practices. The study recommended that in order for ASER construction to realize its vision of becoming an effective leading contractor, the organization must not only focus on developing major innovations and formulating unique strategic plans but also invest in establishment of a favorable organizational culture for better project performance. Also, there should be further study on the effects of organizational culture on project performance in other construction firms found in Ethiopia.en_US
