The estimation model fulfilled the necessary level of reliability and validity frameworks. The evaluation made on the structural model uncovers the R-squared (R2) estimation of 0.754.This worth viewed as considerable. The aftereffect of the examination shows that the vast majority of knowledge management enablers have positive effect on knowledge management capability. Technology has solid positive relationship to knowledge management capability than the other knowledge management enablers. The hypothesis test result shows that all aside from one of the proposed hypothesis were statistically significant and upheld on this examination. The result of the study shows that most of elements of knowledge enabler capability have positive effect on knowledge management capability. Technology has strong positive relationship to knowledge management capability than the other enablers. The hypotheses test result shows that all except one of the proposed hypotheses were statistically significant and supported on this research. The study has the following theoretical and practical contributions. From theoretical point of view the outcome of this research will have implications on researchers in this area to fill the gap in the humanitarian sector research work. From practical point of view ERCS could use the result of this research to have a clear understanding of the knowledge management enablers in order to assist the organization to develop knowledge management capability to sustain competitive advantage. The outcomes of the research will add to Ethiopian Red Cross Society and other humanitarian organizations to comprehend the effect of knowledge management enablers on the knowledge management capability development and can be utilized as a bench mark for future researches. | en_US |
