dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting customers’ satisfaction of E hailing services in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The research gathered questionnaire via google form from 216 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling to select most recurrent clients for the data synthesis. The collected data was analyzed employing parametric statistical correlation, regression analysis. In general, the results indicated the presence of a significant positive relationship between two of the independent variables, i.e. Service quality, trust (security) and a negative relationship between Price and customer satisfaction. However, among all the variables, Trust has the most effect on customer satisfaction of e hailing users. This finding suggests E hailing service providers to focus on price and trust (security) of E-hailing services because both factors have more significant influence on the customer satisfaction. This result benefits to e hailing service providers may refine their understanding of the factors that have the most impact on customer satisfaction. Future researchers can consider other variables to study the customer satisfaction of E hailing services in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia | |
