| dc.description.abstract | The primary aim of this study was to investigate the impact of effective communication on the organizational performance of A and E Garment Technology PLC. Based on literature studies, upward, downward, horizontal, and diagonal communication were identified as key variables influencing organizational performance. The study explored the relationship between these communication directions and organizational performance. Quantitative data was collected from employees, with 114 out of 120 respondents participating, yielding a 95% response rate. Participants were selected using a simple random sampling method, and the data was analyzed through descriptive, correlation, and regression analyses using SPSS version 23. The questionnaire employed a Likert scale for responses. Statistical measures such as mean, standard deviation, correlation, and regression were utilized. The findings revealed that all the communication variables positively and directly affect organizational performance, with upward and downward communication showing the strongest correlation. The regression analysis confirmed that all communication directions have a positive impact on organizational performance, particularly upward and downward communication. The study recommends that A and E Garment PLC enhance collaboration and cooperation among staff across different departments and levels to facilitate smoother communication. Improving communication flows within the organization could lead to better overall performance. | |
