Data was collected by total enumerating (censes) method and the collected data entered in epi data version 4.2 and analyzed by SPSS version 25. After cleaning the data were analyzed by SPSS and the result were explained through graphs, tables and charts. To determine the associated variable 95% CI used and those having a p-value <0.05 stated as statistically significant. Result : - the knowledge levels shows that only 38 (45.5%) of those who scored good levels of knowledge and skill levels were calculated and shows that only 31 (33%) of those who scored on skill items good levels of skill. Year of the study participants and level of education were a statistically significant for level of knowledge on BLS using chi square test at p-value <0.05 and Year of the service of the study participants, sex and level of education were a statistically significant for level of skill on BLS using chi square test at p-value <0.05.
