The main objective of this study is to identify factors affecting employees’ performance from the case of Selected Public Hospitals. I collected data from Public Hospital’s employees using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. For this research, 384 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and 300 (90%) were returned duly filled in. The collected data was analyzed by using statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 25 software using graphs, tables and other descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, frequency, percentage) and inferential statistics (correlation and regression) as appropriate. The study identified that positive relationship between employees’ performance and training, individual characteristics and the overall image of the organization. However, the study found out that working environment and supervision has no significant effect on employee’s performance while motivation affects employee’s performance negatively. From the analysis the researcher recommend to enhance Training at regular intervals ,to focus on nonmonetary incentives (like recognition of their work and career development) are better to keep employees motivated and satisfied in their work, reducing hierarchies and false promises to employees, work extensively on identifying individual characteristics and building the organization’s overall image to a step that attracts and initiates employees and customers to increases the employees' work performance
