Those with cerebral palsy (CP) experience sleep disorders (SDs) at higher rates than neurotypical peers, with disruptions in sleep initiation/maintenance, sleep-wake transitions, excessive daytime sleepiness, and night awakenings being prevalent. These disturbances significantly impair quality of life.
