    Electroop'l'ical Method of Dt'ermina'l'ion of the Permanent Dipole Moment of Coli,Oidal Particles

    ~qO tYges of rectangular electric fields (Rl - and R2~field) are produced by a specially constructed generator. IHhen Rl ~ field acts on the caracitor plates between ~Ihich is the solution to be investigated, the colloidal particles rotate and modulate the intensity of light that passes through the solutioIl.
